These terms apply to services booked with Return to Center LLC ("we", "us"), operated by Andy Leon, LMT (Arizona License MT-50353).

1. Services

Massage therapy is provided for relaxation and wellness. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Licensed massage therapists do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.

2. Booking & payment

3. Cancellations
